Each house is decorated to a five star standard by the internationally renowned interior designers, David Mlinaric and Hugh Henry. With its restaurant, church, theatre and idyllic setting, Fighine is the perfect location for holidays, parties, romantic weddings, exploring the Tuscan countryside or simply a blissful retreat with someone special.
Villa Melissa:
Villa Melissa is a large 4 bedroom 4 bathroom villa that sleeps 8, set within its own private garden. It has the advantage of a beautiful swimming pool with pool house and full changing and shower facilities. There is also a covered area for al fresco dining. This property, like all the properties in Fighine, has been totally restored but has maintained all the original architectural features of a Tuscan house, with domed painted ceilings, colour washed walls and stone floors. The rooms are beautifully furnished with Italian antiques and attractive rugs. Wonderful pictures hang on the walls. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all luxuriously appointed with beautiful Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels.
The villa has a master bedroom suite with 2 dressing rooms, a double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms. All the rooms have en suite bathrooms with a separate shower and bath. There is a study, sitting room with open fireplace, library/hall and a dining room with a table that can seat 14. The kitchen is fully equipped. Outside in the walled garden there is a covered area and a table for al fresco dining.

Casa Janine:
Casa Janine is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa that sleeps 6 and has remarkable far-reaching views over the surrounding countryside. It has its own private pool and garden with long expanses of lawn, a vine-covered pergola and an abundance of rosemary, agapanthus, lavender and roses. There is a delightful terrace for outdoor dining with a table that can seat 12. The house, with its beamed ceilings, stone flagged floors covered with kelims, terracotta tiles and colour washed walls in authentic colours, is full of beautiful antiques.
The villa has a large cosy sitting room with working fireplace, a delightful semi circular study (part of the tower), a dining room for 12 which is just wonderful by candlelight and a beautifully equipped kitchen with American fridge/icemaker. There is a small wine cellar, perfect for keeping wine cool. There is a master bedroom suite with dressing room. The en suite bathroom has a large Victorian bath, huge walk in shower and marble topped double basins. In addition there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom both with luxuriously appointed en suite bathrooms with a separate shower and bath. There is also a gym.

Casa Teatro:
Casa Teatro is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa that sleeps 6, located near Casa Janine and the theatre. It is an extremely comfortable house with a most welcoming atmosphere. 2 small but delightful gardens offer al fresco dining or a quiet spot to read. The property, like all the houses in Fighine, is furnished with beautiful antiques and wonderful rugs.
There is an extremely comfortable sitting room with working fireplace, dining room and kitchen, equipped with the most modern appliances and long marble topped counters. There are three luxuriously appointed bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom with separate bath and shower. The spacious master bedroom has a king-sized bed and the other two double bedrooms have queen-sized beds. One of the double rooms has the advantage of a separate study.

Casa Vittoria:
Casa Vittoria is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom stone villa that sleeps 6, situated in the middle of the 11th century castello. Set amidst lovely surroundings with two very pretty patio gardens, Casa Vittoria has been tastefully and lovingly restored, maintaining the original architecture and beamed ceilings throughout.
There is a spacious dining hall, a large and comfortable sitting room with working fireplace. The fully-equipped kitchen, complete with dining area, has all modern conveniences and is light and airy. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, each with en-suite bathrooms with separate shower and bath.

Casa Rossa:
Casa Rossa is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house that sleeps 4. The house has been beautifully furnished and decorated by the leading Italian designer Federico Forquet.
It has a large elegant sitting room with working fireplace, a dining room and a very well equipped modern kitchen which leads onto a dining terrace. There are 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.

Casa Parretti:
Casa Paretti is comprised of 2 x 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartments, each sleeping 2 people, one on the ground floor and one on the first. New and beautifully appointed, the apartments are ideal for guests visiting the restaurant and wishing to stay overnight, for a few days or for the weekend. Furnished and decorated by the leading Italian designer, Federico Forquet, each apartment has a double bedroom, bathroom, dressing room and sitting room. Apartment 1 has a garden terrace. There is air conditioning, a television, WiFi, small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities. Meals can be served in the apartment or in the restaurant.
