Type: estate with ancient villa on three levels of approx. 900 sqm, renovated and with restoration works nearing completion, consisting of the offices of the activity, the reception for the hosting business, an apartment or tasting room and a barrel cellar in the basement nearing completion. Near the Villa, there is the medieval building on three levels of approximately 1,085 sqm: the first floor needs renovation works. The building consists of a cellar for winemaking, rooms for bottling, pressing and drying, warehouse, packaging area and service bathrooms. Condition: manor house in good condition: some maintenance works needed. The winery is in excellent condition, having been recently renovated (2017).
