Location
The property is located about 3 km from Cetona, a medieval village which takes its name from the famous mountain where it is located.
Close to the motorway and the railway station, Cetona is an ideal town, from where it is easy to reach the most important places in central Italy. A few kilometers away, in fact, there is the Chiusi – Chianciano Terme railway station, and from Chiusi it is possible to enter the motorway from where they can be reached in just over an hour, to the south of Rome and to the north of Florence.
The ski resorts of Monte Amiata are approx. 60 km while the beaches of Grosseto are just over 150 km and approx. 40 km away is Lake Trasimeno.
Description
The renovated farmhouse is on three levels.
The entrance is on the ground floor where there is a spacious and characteristic living room with stone fireplace, a large kitchen with dining room, a bedroom with bathroom and closet.
The stairs lead to the first floor consisting of five double bedrooms and three bathrooms, plus a mezzanine. On the second floor there is an attic used as a technical room.
The farmhouse to be restored is also on three levels, with the ground floor used for storage and there is a spacious double garage.
The first floor is reached via an external staircase and is composed as follows: a kitchen with fireplace, a large living room and three bedrooms with two bathrooms, while on the second floor there is the attic divided into three technical rooms.
On the property there are also 5 outbuildings which can be restored. There is a barn of 500 square meters for storing agricultural equipment.

The renovated farmhouse is made of stone and brick, with wooden beams, wooden and terracotta floors, wooden window frames.
