Tuscan farmhouse located in the countryside of Arezzo near Civitella Val di Chiana, a beautiful medieval village with great views.
The landscape is completely Tuscan and the house is accessed down a beautiful white road. A lovely location for dinner on a warm summer evening.
Civitella is on the edge of the Chianti Classico area, but has particularly good accessibility as Florence can be reached in only about 45 minutes.
The house has a beautiful swimming pool (6 m x 11 m) in a great location.
