Description
The remarkable estate for a total area of about 7300 square meters consists of a charming medieval hamlet which includes an elegant manor house dating back to the 17th century of about 1228 square meters, and the splendid underground and perfectly equipped cellar of 2077 square meters.
There is then the core used as an agriturismo for about 1497 square meters with farmhouse hosting 4 apartments for a total of 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, restaurant, two rooms equipped for tastings with kitchen and bathroom, direct sales room, caretaker’s house and offices for 240 square meters, warehouses and two sheds for machinery storage respectively of 740 square meters and 340 square meters in addition to a detached house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms of 175 square meters for tourist rentals.

The estate covers a vast area of no less than 133.7 hectares that is totally productive and is divided into 33.1 ha of vineyards, 6.7 ha of olive groves, 47.1 ha of arable land that offers the possibility of growing additional vineyards or crops, in addition to 40.9 ha of woods and 3.8 ha of pasture.
Of paramount importance is the fact that all the agricultural operations are diligently conducted through the application of organic methods. The winery was certified organic in 2012 and its wines are of great quality, each year being listed in the world’s best wine guides with high scores.
Currently the annual wine production is about 75,000 bottles, with a potential capacity of as many as 415,000 bottles. Chianti Classico DOCG is produced on 15.2 ha and Toscana iGT on 17.9 ha, and the varieties produced are Sangiovese, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chardonnay.
Oil production is up to 3,000 kg annually. Produced are DOP Chianti Classico for 1.8 ha and DOP Chianti Colli Senesi for 4.9 ha, and the varieties produced are Correggiolo, Moraiolo, and Leccino.

The estate has meticulously preserved its original appearance, character and aesthetics thanks to a recent and careful restoration by the owners.
