A private road leads to an automatic gate which opens onto the yard in front of the house. On the right there’s a short paved road leading to covered parking.
The yard in front of the house has gravel and is very wide.
There’s also a cute and private terrace facing the woods.

Ground floor with entrance into a nice hallway which goes to the rear side of the building, embellished with big glass windows.
On the ground floor there are two living areas, one of which has a fireplace, a bathroom and a large kitchen with induction hob.
The kitchen leads outside to the barbecue area where there’s a pizza oven too, and also into the veranda which has a nice traditional wood stove.
On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms and the second bathroom, all with Tuscan ceilings and wooden floors.
The property has photovoltaic energy used for the heating system as well.
