Main Villa:
5 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms + 1 bedroom in the annex
Downstairs, the finishes are of the highest level, with refined parquet or two-tone floors in bardiglio stone and white marble. The walls are characterised by warm pastel colours and embellished with refined trompe-l’œil and moldings. There are coffered ceilings on the ground floor. All the bedrooms are equipped with their own bathroom, covered in precious marble and windows that open towards the park and the surrounding landscape. Upstairs the walls are white lime while the floor is parquet.
Ground floor: Large living room; library; spacious dining room (can host up to 12 people); large kitchen; double bedroom connected to 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other a bath.
First floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are doubles, each with a bathroom with a shower and a double with a bathroom with a bathtub.

Located opposite the Fattoria, the apartment has retained its typically Tuscan ‘farmhouse’ characteristics such as terracotta floors, a stone fireplace and exposed wood beams. In addition to the large living room / dining room and a functional kitchen, this apartment has 2 bedrooms, one double bedroom with bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with bathroom with tub, each with private wardrobe. From the windows, as well as from the private garden, in the background the Cathedral of Florence appears in all its beauty.
Studio:
4 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
Arranged on 3 storeys, on the ground floor an ancient stone fireplace warms up the living room and the dining area. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin and 2 bathrooms with shower. The large master bedroom is also accessible directly from the garden via a stone staircase. On the second floor there are two other bedrooms, one double and one single and a bathroom with shower. Like the other apartments, the Studio also has its own private garden.
Frantoio:
4 bedrooms (3 double and a single) with en-suite bathrooms.
Next to the Studio is one of the largest apartments in the complex, the Frantoio, or mill. A living area on the ground floor is accessed via a loggia with access to the garden and an open courtyard. The warm entrance hall has a chestnut floor, whitewashed walls and an ancient stone fireplace. The living rooms open onto a private inner courtyard with an oven. On the courtyear there are 2 other rooms, a bedroom and a study. In total there are 4 bedrooms, 2 doubles and a single on the first floor and one double in an annex. The double and single rooms on the first floor have a bathroom with a shared shower, while the double bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. The annex bedroom has a private bathroom with shower.
