Wine Production:
The current owners produce approximately 400 litres/year of wine (mainly Red Wine) for the family and restaurant. The grapes cultivated are Sangiovese, Merlot, Canaiolo, Trebbiano Toscano and Malvasia (Chianti grapes). The white grapes are used for a small production of Vin Santo.
Oil Production:
Between 4-7 quintals of olive oil are produced: Moraiolo and Leccino olives.
