A wonderful estate with swimming pool in the Lucca hills with spectacular views, guaranteed tranquility and serenity. It is rented for holidays from May to September by the current owners and a new owner could of course continue to do this if they wish to earn an income.
You arrive at the resort via a private tree-lined road, with cypresses as the true nature of Tuscany wants, through an automatic gate with video surveillance.
There is ample parking for several cars. The property consists of about 17 hectares, about 100 mature olive trees and well-kept gardens, and a swimming pool of 12 × 6 m (depth from 150 cm to 205 cm).
The buildings are two finely restored farmhouses:
House 1
A large covered external loggia with table for outdoor dining, access to the kitchen, relaxation room with fireplace, dining room, bathroom, staircase to the first floor, 3 double bedrooms, large bathroom with shower, total about 120 square meters.
House 2

Both units have been restored with period features with beamed ceilings, antique terracotta floors and wood.
